The Infamous Cake Mix Cookies
Chewy, fluffy, and easy - these cookies are my go-to for everything from birthdays to Christmas to “I’m sorry” and all things in between! If I ever make them for you, please do me the kindness of pretending you don’t know how easy they are.
Ingredients:
1 box cake mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix all ingredients together & set covered in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
3. Remove & roll into balls. Set roughly 1.5 inches apart on a sprayed or lined cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
5. The cookies are done and you are finished!
Tips:
- You can make this with any flavor or brand cake mix!
- If you only have one egg, you can use just one - a lot of times it makes the cookies more fluffy than chewy!
- You can roll them in powdered sugar for additional sweetness & aesthetics ;)
- The cookies should look slightly underdone when you pull them out of the oven, but they will set as they cool!
